Hey ! This is Punam Naringe. a full-time working, a foodie, reader, but most importantly a 'Poet' by heart.

This is my first attempt at a "blog" so please forgive me if it falls short of your expectations of what a poet thinks and writes.I know poetry is not very popular, in fact, lots of people hate it, say it is incomprehensible, but I don't think that is the case with mine. I try to write clearly so what I am trying to say is easy to understand.


I would like to take this chance and say Thank You for your interest in my work. I assume your interest in the person behind these words landed you here on this page.

  Poetry chose me, and i am lucky it did!

 I started my journey at the age of 14 ...

My first poem is about "MAITRI" / "FRIENDSHIP''

Poetry is the wonderful way to express our indefinable feelings...

Poetry means there is no end of feelings ...

I cant imagine my life without poems ..

''Poems are not  part of my life, my life is a part of poems''

Early exposure to books my legend by legends like Gulzar, Harivanshrai Bachhan and marathi poets like Suresh Bhat, Bhimrao Panchale paved way for more interest into poetry. The fascination about poetry began to rise.
And my heartily thanks goes to "Mr. chetan sir". because of him my poems are infront of you as a blog
